The Property Planner recently completed a residential project showcasing our local expertise in planning, building regulations, and structural engineering.
The project saw the transformation of a modest 3-bedroom semi-detached property into a spacious 4-double bedroom property. Further internal upgrades included two bathrooms and a large designer kitchen. An additional rear outbuilding provided yet further habitable space to entertain guests.
Using local planning knowledge we secured a double-storey side extension, part double-storey rear extension and a single-storey rear extension. This was achieved all under one planning application.
This extends the original dwelling in preparation of a young and growing family for the years to come. The Property Planner took this dwelling and transformed it into a home
